The High Performance Mind
Holly Roselle (formerly Holly Sisk) specializes in the psychology of human performance for the United States Army. She has worked with combat units and injured soldiers in the Warrior Transition Units in the US Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines since 2007. Separately, she works with a variety of populations as the President of Roselle Institute. Prior to her military work, she worked with coaches and athletes.
As President of Breakthru Performance, she worked on sharpening athletes mental game in order to achieve peak performance. Holly is an All-American distance swimmer who swam four years at the University of Virginia, where she received her undergraduate education. She also received her masters degree in Sport Psychology from Ithaca College, where she was the assistant coach for the Ithaca College Swim Team. At the University of Denver, she received a masters in psychology and continued applied work with the University of Denver students and staff.
She is currently working towards her PhD in Organizational Psychology at Walden University. Holly is very passionate about training individuals on techniques that will open up doors to achieving excellence. She believes that knowledge is power and the Roselle Institute is designed to train individuals to manipulate the key mental skills that underlie excellent human performance.
